Shipping & Taxes
All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping and Tax will be calculated at time of check out. We are currently based out of Virginia and orders shipping within the State of Virginia will be applied with sales tax when checking out. As collectors selling to other Collectors we strive to make sure all orders are bubble wrapped for safety and packaged to endure the mighty journey through the post office.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Sorry guys at this time we are not accepting Livestock.
Returns & Refunds
In order to provide the best customer service to our clients we do accept returns on products within 7 days of shipping for store credit. All products must be in its original packing and unopened to be exchanged or returned for store credit. If the product was damaged during shipping, buyer must send photos of damage shipping box and product within 48 hours of receiving the package to RobbinsNestCollectibles@gmail.com. Damaged packages would be processed through the post office directly.

Pre-Orders
Pre-Orders are paid in full at time of check out and should not be combined with in stock items. If pre-order items are combined with in stock items the order will either be cancelled or items will be held until pre-order items have arrived. When shipment of product is confirmed from distributor to retailer an updated email will be sent out and pre-orders are not able to be cancelled at that time. As soon as products have arrived they will be shipped out and tracking email will be sent to customer. If product is damaged when retailer receives it, an email will be sent to customer advising of refund or option of discount on purchase. If a product gets delayed from distributor an email will be sent to customers advising of delay. Any pre-orders that are cancelled by costumer will be charged a 20% restock fee.
